Sir Kaushik Bera
Born in Jhargram, India, the origin of Yoga, it was only natural that I pursued Yoga as my career and life-long passion. Though I started the practice to keep myself healthy, with the aim of living an enriching life, I eventually grew a profound interest for Yoga. I have been practicing Yoga for the last 20 years and have been teaching for 10 years. This is all thanks to my parents, I have had the opportunity to participate in numerous yoga competitions have won few medals.
Yoga has always been a way of life. By regularly practicing yoga, it allows me to transcend into another dimension and gives me a very beautiful peace of mind. Yoga has changed my life and my personal practice. It has not only transformed by body, but my attitude towards my daily outlook on life. I learnt to be grateful and appreciate my physical presence and my mind – like they say, to treat our body like the temple that it is. My classes are both relaxing and intense, depending on the type of class. If you’re looking for a relaxing and therapeutic experience, do join my Yoga stretch / Yoga therapy / Yin Yoga classes. On the contrary, if you’re looking for a class that is slightly more challenging, you can try out slimming and Core yoga classes!
